Robin is relatively new to the security industry, but he brings over 25 years wealth of experience in Finance, Account and Office Management to our bustling office. When not dealing with the day to day running of the office, he prefers to try his hand at cooking and baking to relax and wind down. Robin is a keen runner and cyclist and is on a program of training to build up for a Marathon running.

Elizabeth is our green fingered team member who loves gardening and is passionate about animals especially her very bossy rotund dachshund! Elizabeth is part of the Manned Guarding division and brings a wealth of experience in administration and systems. When Elizabeth is away from the office she like nothing more than to travel.

Mark is passionate about customer service and training, he has used his experience in developing his skills to enhance the service that is delivered to our clients.

Luke is operational in our busy control room environment and supports our Directors and Teams out in the field. Luke has been in the security industry 8 years and comes from a logistical background, he is also an Armed Forces Reservist. Luke loves spending time with his family and enjoys playing the odd game of rugby and football when he is not taking charge of the control room operation.

Liam is without a doubt a people person and is known for his energy and enthusiasm in the development of the business and his commitment to ensuring a customer focused service. Liam was a co-founder of Interconnective ltd, where he successfully grew the company before joining AP Security as a partner to develope and head up the manned guarding division.

His area of expertise lies in business strategy, operational excellence, development and growth.

Sarah is new to the manned guarding industry but brings a wealth of expertise from her role as an Event Manager. She is passionate about helping others and is always there to lend a hand. Sarah is part of the Manned Guarding support team and is focused on media promotion for the company. In her free time, you will often find Sarah walking her Rhodesian ridgebacks, working in her craft room creating beautiful things and cooking tasty goodies in her kitchen, her cupcakes are a real treat!

Elmas is one of our most vibrant and energetic members of our team. He has a wide knowledge of APs disciplines and is very passionate about training and supporting his team. He is also trained as a Mental Health Champion and promotes mental health awareness within the company. Elmas was also recognised by the SIA as a Hero #SIAheroes, however he puts it all down to his team!

Nigel brings many years of experience from when he worked for AP Events before he joined the Manned Guarding division. Nigel is very passionate about his role, especially the welfare of our staff and the company’s Health and Safety remit. Although, the shifts are long, Nigel always has the time to take and mentor another member into his team. Nigel, is the link person form the Night Team who dovetails with the day team operation to ensure that our staff who work on nights receive the same support as those on days.

ABOUT ME

Diane is part of the operations team and oversees the Manned Guarding HR Dept. She is enthusiastic in the delivery of innovation and is also what we would call a Hybrid within the industry, being an expert in two fields Security and Cleaning and a Mental Health First Aider. Her passion for training has developed into a bespoke training programme for Manned Guarding’s rising Officers.

James has worked for nearly 20 years in the security industry and firmly believes that obstacles do not have to stop you from achieving your dream. James heads up our A P Security Training Team and brings with him a wealth of experience from the close protection and training sectors, working in executive and hostile environments. He enjoys spending time with his family and the slower pace of golf and clay pigeon shooting when he is not working at a million miles an hour.

Kevin manages our Southern Region and oversees our busy Control Room. He served in the Armed Forces for several years and brings a wealth of management experience from his days in the military. Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and is a keen boxer and likes to keep fit. He can often be heard in the office saying to others ‘Either you run the day or day runs you’ which has now become his mantra.

Shai is part if the Night Operations Team and supports all the Mobile Supervisor Teams, officers and static teams working throughout the night. Shai brings a wealth of knowledge from his security background and likes nothing more that to be part of a team whether he is working, fundraising or Airsoft with his fellow teammates.
