- All correspondence to be copied in to Control Room Manager.
- To deliver and carryout the required obligations required by the Company. Supervisory role to support a busy 24 hour Control room and AP Operational Management
- Liaison with all staff, Security Officers, Concierge and Cleaners.
- Support the site/Company assets from fire and theft, accidental or malicious loss or damage and unauthorised removal.
- Monitoring the CCTV system, reacting accordingly and collating all data reports.
- Provide a well-mannered and co-operative reception to all users of the control room.
- Ensuring that the control room is unhindered in its operation
- End of Shift. Reports to Control Room Manager and Senior Management.
- Company Vehicle Checks
- Liaise with Clients and direct to the appropriate Manager
- Notify all Management of the post that is urgent. Open letters and scan them to the relevant Dept/Manager
- Monitor staff attendance, report all blowouts/missed shifts to relevant Senior Management Team
- Backup of System
- Update the system with correct information relating to sites and staff
- Prepare Log books and DOBs
- Update Assignment Instructions in Control and inform the Managers responsible
- Maintain close links with regional Police forces.
- Carry out addition duties in the case of emergencies
- Manual Timesheets for cleaners to be updated and copy in Office Manager and Control Room Manager
