Join us for first aid training

We offer a wide range of First Aid training in East Sussex, covering potential harms in the workplace, which you can take with you through life. Our training is specialised to your work environment, depending on whether it is low-risk, such as offices, or high-risk, such as building sites. We will give you the skills to approach critical situations with confidence and calm.

Our First Aid training is held on a regular basis in Arundel, West Sussex, or we can come to your place of work. Our qualified trainers are more than happy to train your staff at a time and location that suits you. Their job is to make you feel comfortable and put your mind at ease when learning about potentially life-threatening situations.

Similarly, at our headquarters, you will be greeted by friendly faces, free parking and snacks in our refreshment breaks. We also offer lunch for £6 per head. Contact us to find out more about our on-site workplace training for the East Sussex region.
