The Charter was developed with input from BlueLight Commercial, the National Police Chiefs' Council (NPCC), the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners (APCC), the Research and Innovation Steering Committee (RISC), the Home Office, and the Office of the Police Chief Scientific Adviser.
