We tailor our training courses to suit your work environment. Whether you work in a low-risk setting like an office, or a high-risk setting like a building sites. We will provide you with the skills you need to handle any critical situations with confidence and calm.

Brighton Based Training Centre

We regularly host first aid training sessions at our HQ in Brighton, Sussex. There is free parking available and refreshments are provided. We can also provide lunch for just £6 per person.

Alternatively, we can visit your place of work and carry out the training with your team. Our trainers are highly qualified and will visit your location at a time and date that suits you. Their job is to make you feel at ease when embarking on the training - so you know exactly what to do in potentially life-threatening situations.

Course Content

Our first aid courses will cover all the basics so that you are prepared for any potentially harmful situation which may arise. Choose between our 1, 2 or 3 day course, depending on your workplace requirements. Although the courses vary within their content, they all include the following:

• Severe and minor bleeding
• Seizures
• Adult resuscitation (CPR)
• Burns and scalds
• Choking adult
