Bespoke First Aid Training Courses

You never know when you may need to carry out first aid in your life. First aid training and delivering first aid effectively is essential for absolutely anybody and everybody. We offer a range of courses to suit all levels of experience. Our courses will provide you with the skills to act in any potential life-threatening situation.

We offer face to face training from your establishment at a time to suit you - with as many team members as you like. Alternatively, you can visit our training venue at our HQ in Woodingdean, Brighton in East Sussex. We offer safe, free parking and a friendly environment.

We have an experienced trainer and team who are here to help you feel confident and comfortable during the training. During the first aid courses, we offer plenty of refreshment breaks (tea/coffee) and break out areas. If you are visiting us, we can provide you with a lunch for £6 per person.

Our Courses:

First Aid at Work Course (FAW) - 3 days - £230 - A detailed first aid course suitable for those working in high risk environments like warehouses or construction sites.

Emergency First Aid at Work Training (EFAW) - 1 day - £140 - This is a thorough course for anyone who requires first aid at work emergency training. Best suited for nominated first aiders in low risk establishments. This course covers adult casualties only and is a one day first aid safety training course.

First Aid at Work Requalification Course - 2 days - £195 - This course is suitable for those wishing to renew an existing First Aid at Work Certificate. If your certificate has expired, you may participate in the course but HSE recommends you retake the First Aid at Work 3 day course if more than a month has elapsed. Please bear in mind that this is a detailed course and there is minimal practice time. You will be required to keep up with the pace of the course.
