Join us for first aid training

We provide an extensive range of First Aid training in West Sussex, ensuring you are prepared for potential workplace injuries or accidents. These skills can carry you through life, meaning you are always prepared and will know how to act in an emergency situation. Our training is tailored to your workplace and can be adapted to fit a low-risk environment, such as an office, or somewhere high-risk, such as a building site. The skills we teach you will instil you with the confidence to act in life-threatening situations.

We regularly hold our First Aid training in Arundel, West Sussex, or you can call us out to deliver a training course on-site. Our experienced trainers enjoy the opportunity to visit your workplace and train your staff at a time and place that works for you. Their goal is to help you approach First Aid in a relaxed environment, so you can effectively learn how to stay calm and act in critical situations.

If you would rather come to us, you can visit our headquarters, and will be welcomed by our exceptional team. We offer free parking and provide you with snacks during the session breaks. If you want us to arrange lunches, we offer them at £6 per person. Get in touch with us to find out more about our First Aid training in the West Sussex region.

What first aid training do you offer?

First Aid at Work (FAW) - 3 day course - Our most comprehensive course option, this 3-day course teaches you how to safely approach many situations, including health-related and injuries. This course is especially suited to those working in a high-risk environment, including a warehouse or building site. - £230

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) - 1 day course - This course focuses on key emergency situations, preparing those who need to know basic first aid to help adults only. It is tailored to employees that act as nominated first aiders in lower-risk workplaces, such as front of house, offices or receptions. - £140

First Aid at Work (Requalification) - 2 day course - Designed for workers that already have an existing First Aid at Work (FAW) certificate and want to renew it. You can still take part in this course if your certificate has expired within a month before the course commences. However, if more than a month has passed the HSE recommends you attend the full 3-day FAW course due to how intensive the requalification course is. - £195
