Join us for first aid training

We provide an extensive range of First Aid training in West Sussex, ensuring you are prepared for potential workplace injuries or accidents. These skills can carry you through life, meaning you are always prepared and will know how to act in an emergency situation. Our training is tailored to your workplace and can be adapted to fit a low-risk environment, such as an office, or somewhere high-risk, such as a building site. The skills we teach you will instil you with the confidence to act in life-threatening situations. 

We regularly hold our First Aid training in Woodingdean, Brighton in East Sussex, or you can call us out to deliver a training course on-site. Our experienced trainers enjoy the opportunity to visit your workplace and train your staff at a time and place that works for you. Their goal is to help you approach First Aid in a relaxed environment, so you can effectively learn how to stay calm and act in critical situations. 

If you would rather come to us, you can visit our headquarters, and will be welcomed by our exceptional team. We offer free parking and provide you with snacks during the session breaks. What scenarios does the first aid training cover?

All of A.P. Security’s first aid courses cover the necessary bases to approach critical situations with care. Depending on your workplace, you can choose the intensity of training required. We offer either 1 or 3 day courses, and while there are variations between them, they all include: 

• Burns and scalds
• Choking adult 
• Seizures 
• Minor and severe bleeding 
• Adult resuscitation (CPR)
