First Aid Training

We recommend first aid training for absolutely everybody. Our first aid courses provide the essential skills so that you can act in potentially life-threatening situations if needs be. You never know when you may need the basics of first aid training!

We regularly run the courses from our Headquarters in Arundel in West Sussex. Here we offer a friendly and safe environment and secure, free parking. Alternatively, we can run the course at your workplace at a time to suit you and your team.

We have an experienced, qualified trainer and team are here to help you to feel comfortable and welcomed. We offer plenty of refreshment breaks (free tea & coffee) and break out areas. If you would like to be provided lunch, we can do so for just £6 per person.

Our First Aid Courses

First Aid at Work (FAW) - £230 - 3 day course - An in-depth training for those who work in high risk environments such as warehouses or building sites

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) - £140 - 1 day course - A course for those who require training in emergency first aid. Best suited to those who are nominated first aiders in smaller, low risk workplaces such as reception, offices, front of house etc. This course covers first aid protocols for adult casualties only.

First Aid at Work (Requalification) - £195 - 2 day course - This is a renewal course for those who wish to renew an existing First Aid at Work Certificate. Once your certificate expires, you can still take this course but the HSE recommends that you retake the First Aid at Work - 3 day course if more than a month has elapsed. This is an intensive course with little practice time. You will be required to keep up with the pace of the course.

Cost-Effective First Aid Training

Our first aid training covers a wide variety of first aid for many incidents you could be involved in. Our training includes:

Seizures
Shocks
Minor and severe bleeding
Choking adult
Adult resuscitation (CPR)
and more

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
