We are pleased to announce that A.P. Security will be raising money in aid of our chosen charity: Children With Cancer Fund Polegate. Children With Cancer Fund

The Children with Cancer Fund is a local charity who aims to grant wishes to children up to the age of 18 who have, or have had, cancer. Supporting families across the East Sussex and Brighton/Hove area, wishes can be anything from medical wishes to fun adventures.

Established in July 1998, this charity is formed of a small office team and local volunteers. Helping children, and the families of children with cancer, the charity aims to help provide a quality of life that we would all hope to have ourselves. They grant children and their families something they have missed out on, normally due to their money being spent fighting the illness or petrol to go to and from hospitals for treatment.

Additionally, the charity also organises exciting events to give the families a chance to meet others in a similar situation and have some time away from the grueling reality of cancer. An undeniably amazing cause!

Making Our Way Around The World

The A.P. Team are aiming to make our way around the world with all of our staff taking part. From walking to running, rowing to cycling, or even just getting their steps in to make our way around the world and raise as much money as possible. During the trip we will be providing updates on the A.P. website, as to where we have made it to and how the staff are getting on.

The total distances will be plotted on our mapped-out route around the world and the team have already started from the AP Security offices at Peregrine House, arriving in France 4 days later:

As the first stage nears completion of 254kms, the team are excited to continue with their adventure. The next stage sees the team make their way through the French countryside and on to the capital, Paris! From Paris they will then head to Berlin and then onto Moscow.
