Our First Aid Courses

It is important that your workplace offers a safe environment for staff, where any injuries, accidents or health-related emergencies can be handled by people on the ground until services arrive. A.P. Security provides a wide range of First Aid courses throughout West Sussex, teaching your employees how to approach potentially life-threatening situations confidently. Our courses are tailored to your work environment, depending on whether it is high-risk, such as a building site, or low-risk, such as an office. 

Our first aid courses are offered both in your workplace and at our headquarters. We can send our expert trainers your way as they are more than prepared to deliver a course at a time and place that suits you. It can be useful to hold the courses in a place where your staff feel most at ease to learn how to handle critical situations within that same environment. Their job is to make sure course attendees feel comfortable throughout the training process. 

We regularly hold courses at our headquarters in Arundel, West Sussex. Here, you are always greeted by our helpful team and free parking is available. Which situations are covered in the courses?

Our first aid courses in West Sussex cover a wide range of scenarios where an individual might require immediate first aid. Our 1 and 3 day courses differ in their scope, however, all of our courses will train your employees in: 

• Minor and severe bleeding 
• Choking adult 
• Seizures 
• Burns and scalds 
• Adult resuscitation (CPR)
