Our First Aid Courses

It’s always better to be prepared and our First Aid courses will help you or your team to be ready for potentially fatal situations. You never know when these skills could be useful in your personal or professional life. We offer a wide range of First Aid training for those who work in security, and other contexts. Our courses are designed to help you keep calm in difficult situations and instill you with the confidence needed to take action. 

We offer First Aid courses all across East Sussex. You can book us to come to your workplace or a space that is suitable for training. If you would prefer to travel to our headquarters, we run frequent courses in Arundel, West Sussex. Here you will find free parking and are always welcomed into the office by our friendly staff and First Aid trainers. 

All of our trainers are highly qualified and passionate about what they do. They aim to make you feel supported and at ease throughout the training. We also have food options available, which include snacks or can extend to full lunches for an additional £6 per person.

Which scenarios are covered in training?

Our first aid courses in East Sussex include an array of scenarios which might require immediate first aid intervention. You can feel more prepared going into every potential situation, with training including: 

• Adult resuscitation (CPR) 
• Burns and scalds 
• Choking adult 
• Seizures 
• Minor and severe bleeding
