A.P. Security Attends The Jubilee Pageant Book Launch Event

A.P. Security were thrilled to attend the Jubilee Commemorative Album Launch event in London on 5th June 2022. In celebration of 70 glorious years, Her Majesty The Queen: The Official Platinum Jubilee Pageant Commemorative Album is the only official book published for the Platinum Jubilee Pageant. It was launched in the elegant art deco surrounds of Claridge’s ballroom.

The launch event was attended by more than 450 guests, who witnessed history in the making during a live screening of the jubilee celebrations. All the guests were considered to have contributed to Queen and country and those who contributed to the book were thoroughly scrutinised before being added. A.P. Security are very pleased that our work during Covid was given due consideration to allow us to be part of the book (the only security company who were) and the Jubilee. We are very proud to have worked together as an organisation to have helped many people during the height of the pandemic, including babies who needed special formula or medicine. Our drivers and employees went above and beyond to transport much needed items across the country to reach those in need. We are very grateful for how hard our 250 dedicated staff worked during Covid and continue to be grateful for them and how they all pulled together to help others.

Produced by publisher St James’s House and written by royal authors Robert Jobson and Katie Nicholl, with contributions by Tom Parker Bowles, this beautiful hardback publication features more than 200 photographs of Her Majesty from throughout her life and charts the trials and triumphs of The Queen’s 70 years on the throne.
The book provides a unique look into Her Majesty’s decades of service and one of the most extraordinary lives of this or any other era. The book also features a select number of outstanding individuals and organisations from across the country, the Commonwealth and beyond. A.P. Security are most appreciative to have been featured within it.

Alongside the book launch, the Queen had a wonderful weekend of platinum jubilee pageant celebrations including many contributions from British alumni including Ed Sheeran, Bill Bailey, Sir Cliff Richard, Alan Titchmarsh and Jeremy Irons. There were wonderful military displays with many armed forces from the UK and other Commonwealth countries, all paying tribute to Her Majesty and her 70 years in service. A.P. Security are also very honoured to have provided security throughout the Pageant events.
