Isle of Wight Festival

AP Security has a long standing relationship with the Isle of Wight Festival, which has taken place at Seaclose Park since 2002. Our roles range from welcoming guests at the campsite entrances, campsite security and stewarding across the festival site. Chris Hollands, Regional Manager, reflects on the event, “Just like the audience, we have to take a ferry to get the festival site, long before the public arrive on site; this brings its own logistical challenges when we’re transporting a team of over 400 security and stewarding staff. But we’ve been doing this for many years and by the time it comes to opening the event to our audience we are ready to receive them. The Isle of Wight Festival is a family event with an eclectic mix of artists performing, the team are at home here and we love coming back each year.”
