The Forest Tour was launched in 2001 with Jools Holland and the Levellers performing at four participating Forestry Commission sites. Over the years the tour has grown in stature and the Forestry Commission is now a major promoter of summer concerts.

During the months of June and July, the Forestry Commission hosts a highly successful Live Music series at stunning woodland venues across the UK. AP has provided crowd safety services on the majority of the sites for the last six years and now has responsibility for all sites.

The atmosphere is invariably relaxed and friendly and that is an aspect that AP has been key in supporting, working closely with DB Event Services and the Forestry Commission, taking into account the quirky nature of the sites and the variables in terms of entrances, car parking and the like to make sure the events run safely and smoothly.

"WE TAKE THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF OUR CONCERT-GOERS VERY SERIOUSLY. AP HAS PROVIDED A TOP QUALITY SERVICE FOR US IN THE PAST AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH THEM AGAIN."
