Training

Training is the cornerstone from which our exemplary services levels are built.
It is the highest single area of investment made by the Company.

Training for all new entrants is compulsory.

All staff are trained to a minimum level of NCFE Level 2 and receive a Certificate in Event Stewarding.

Other courses supplied include SIA Door Supervision, SIA Guarding,
Conflict Management and Front of Stage Pit Management.

Other, in house, courses include Radio Control Procedures, Assisting Customers With Disabilities,
Customer Care and an annual, four-day, residential, Supervisors Course.

We run a national network of NCFE approved trainers from our Northern and Midlands office
as well as our purpose-built training suite in our London HQ.
